Founded in 2001, Recruiting Associates, Inc. is a woman-owned firm based in the Washington, DC area providing recruitment consulting services.

Our proven methodology yields innovative recruiting solutions customized to your needs.

We partner with government contractors and commercial businesses who serve a variety of industries including national defense and intelligence, engineering, health and information technology.

Our clients range from start-up businesses to large, mature organizations and those in between. We enjoy working with Human Resources departments and recruiting contacts within these businesses as well as directly supporting the needs of line management.
