Love them or hate them, the ATS is a required tool for all of us in talent acquisition.

Recruiting Associates supports numerous clients across multiple industries and we’ve therefore been exposed to many different Applicant Tracking Systems.  Based on what we have experienced, we recommend selecting an ATS that performs the basics really well.  It’s easy to be impressed by systems that have advanced functionality, cool display features, etc. But at the end of the day, you’re going to want something that is straightforward, intuitive and easy to use.  Oh and did we forgot to add you want something that is quick?  Nothing is worse than an ATS that is slow to load and struggles to perform even basic tasks at a reasonable rate.
